Snacks at Namoo Korean Desserts Cafe n Bistro

Just finished watching Sly & Arnold beating the bad guys in "Escape Plan". And since it's at a time between lunch & dinner. I decided to treat myself to a snack.

Found this new (from the writer's perspective) place along Gurney Plaza's alfresco F&B area.

This is my first experience of Rice Burger and Korean in nature which makes it all the more intriguing.

The location's setting is similar to any other bistro.

The "Rice Burger" is served with fries like any other burger. The side dishes are Kimchi and Salad.

The burger itself is nice. The "bun" is actually rice pressed together to form the shape. The rest of the ingredients closely resembles their Western counterparts. Another differentiantion factor was seasoning which was obviously Korean.

All in all, l would definitely pay a second visit here again.

Eighty Eight Restaurant

This shop is located along Kelawei Road on the left side of the road before turning into the Siamese Temple.

Dropped by for lunch. The place here is  very cozy. Simple decorations. Decided to have the set lunch. Portions are quite generous. Quality is value for money.

Was quite hungry after watching The Lorax. Decided to have Japanese food. Out of impulse, decided to try Sushi Zento.

Sat at the extended wing. Location was quite nice. The guests was packed.

Food was nice and tasty.

Lunch @ Padi House

Situated amongst the Offices. A quaint little place where the workers from near can get away from work to have a nice relaxing lunch.
